Individual: During your virtual therapy session, you will have the opportunity to connect one-to-one with your therapist. These sessions typically last 45-50 mins and occur either weekly or biweekly. We will collaborate to create a personalized treatment plan that addresses your specific life concerns, enhances your relationships, promotes emotional healing, and provides you with a deeper understanding of your life's purpose.
Couples: During your virtual therapy session, you and your partner will have the opportunity to meet with a therapist for about 50 minutes on a weekly or biweekly basis. Our experienced therapists will work closely with you to rekindle the spark in your relationship, uncover the root cause of any problems, strengthen communication, and help you connect on a deeper level than you ever thought possible.
Life Coaching
If you need more direct, step-by-step guidance and accountability to complete or improve something specific in your life, coaching can be the best approach. This could be practicing life skills, activities of daily living, practicing interviews, preparing for a test, and meeting any personal goals, etc. We can help with these needs that are not clinically therapeutic or appropriate for therapy.
